Spreading PVA glue onto acetate then peeling off once dry - I have added to these further with inks and felt tip pens to add marks and lines.
Results: Although I like the application of colour to these pieces I feel that they are not as strong against the samples using thread as a drawing tool. I feel these could be seen as amateur and i much prefer the aesthetic and tactile quality to the yarns in the PVA - they give the feeling of 'suspension' which is a key work throughout the progress of this project.
